We were looked after from start to finish. The food, the hospitality and the attention to detail were second to none. The food and drink is expensive but you get what you pay for…..it was fabulous and worth every penny. Highly recommend and will visit again when travelling back to Scotland.

My wife and I were made very welcome by the owners and later had a splendid meal in the Hotel. We had chosen the Hotel because of its proximity to the Voie Vert cycle track. As we were between Dijon and Macon hotels on the route are very welcome. The room we were given was very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was good and the storage offered for our bikes was excellent.

    A beautiful village in the Macon wine growing region. The vigneron will allow you to taste all the local wines, where you can see them growing on both sides. The terroir is fascinating and the restaurant in the chateau is highly recommended!

    We loved this hotel, the decor and the ambience of the room was in keeping with the building which we found charming. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable. We sat out in the lovely garden sipping our cocktails and just relaxing. We had a fantastic dinner of a very high standard on the terrace. Just be aware, being a chateau, there is a spiral staircase, no lift, but not a problem for us as we just bought up from our car what we needed for our stay.
