    It is a lovely little town with places to explore. It is also convenient for exploring the surrounding area, we visited Ile D'Oleron, Ile De Re and would have done more had the weather been a bit kinder.

    My friend visited because she missed the beach and we both live in the countryside. It’s a quaint place with a small street of bars, cafe restaurants all very small around the fish market. Market to table amazing and popular. A fort dominâtes thé area which overlooks beaches either side. A family resort with beach bars a sea pool and kids activities. Reasonable prices and a nice very French secret.

    Lovely little town. Fabulous Boulangerie Lou Lou. Most restaurants were closed at the time we visited (june). Zero gluten free options for eating out. Ile d'Aix is lovely. I don't think i'd return to Fouras - probably go to La Rochelle or Ile D'Oleron or Ile de Ré

    To begin with the welcome we received from the man on reception was absolutely great. He was charming and helpful and really made us feel that he was glad we were there. He offered us his local knowledge for visits and eating places. The room was clean and quite basic (although he said we’d been upgraded) but good. The hotel is handy for everything at fouras. Breakfast was good

    First time in a mobile home and the experience was pretty good. The house was fully equipped. Nice little garden in front on the sea. Beautiful sunsets. Big slides for the kids in the swimming pool and several activities every day both in the camping and in Fouras. Convenient location for day trips to the surroundings.

    Nice little hotel very close to the seaside. Comfortable room, good wifi. Excellent and copious breakfast, served in the restaurant room. Ample public parking a few meters away. A good choice to enjoy lovely Fouras.
