Thomas gave us a great welcome. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is beautiful with a view of the canal, where we went walking. The town is nearby and has plenty of places to eat. Breakfast was excellent - plentiful, varied and tasty.

As a truck driver it was great to be welcomed to a very beautiful hotel staff was friendly room very clean and 24hr reception on door so i enjoyed a few pints in town and food next morning was treated like family we work long hours and its nice to know there's a hote that will take care off us 5*

Great and friendly staff, very helpful and always smiling. Super-clean rooms, sheets and towels. Unexpectedly quiet for a hotel near a port. Nice view on marina. The room was big enough to feel cosy and comfortable. Location near city center and, 15-20 minutes on foot to museum or railway station. For the money we paid absolutely recommended!

Fantastic location, lovely Room, owners couldn't be nicer people, Breakfast was excellent would recommend to anyone although there was no lift but that is clearly stated on the hotel description I am disabled but can manage some stairs which I did quite easily at this hotel I give them 10 out of 10.
