Air conditioning in room that was a little extra but it hit 41°C today so was really welcome. Room size was good and bathroom even had a bath. Exceptionally clean and a good breakfast. Excellent location. Secure parking. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Hotel located close to the center of town, with many of the historical, cultural sights within walking distance. Also there was a tram stop within 5 mins walk which made getting around town very easy. Great hotel with awesome service, nice amenities and wonderful breakfast.

We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. Our flight was cancelled so we chose to stay here rather than going into Bordeaux city centre for the night. We were so pleased we did! Lovely, quiet and beautifully appointed. Good sized rooms and a delicious dinner. We stayed on a Monday night when the restaurant was closed but they offered us a grazing menu of cheeses, smoked trout and delicious small plates. Perfect.

    The room was very, very basic, the bathroom wasn’t really usable for showering if you sat on the toilet your feet were in the shower, the wash basin was partly in the shower. Mould was around the hand basin and the shower door was short at the bottom by about 6 - 8 cms. Probably due to the shower overflowing ? Overall very disappointed would not use again. Hotel completely full with workmen so no other room available

    Friendly helpful staff on reception. Our room was very clean with lovely white bedlinen and towels. This is basic 'no-frills' hotel but is very good and is our 'go to' on our drive down to Spain. They offer 24 hour reception and a locked car park after 11pm which gives security if you are travelling with a packed car. Breakfast is good - starts at 0600 so we can get off early.

    Usually use this hotel enroute from ferry port to Alicante. Always enjoy the stay. Near to the motorway off and back on in the morning. Good value, will recommend. L.
