Great staff - very friendly and helpful - especially the girl on the front desk. Great restaurant and great rooms. Location was excellent being easy for tours and so close to the airport (not that you would know it)

Very friendly staff. Robel Menberu is very helpful. Free airport shuttle. A New year celebration 🎉 was organized by the staff and they did teach me how to dance 🕺🏽 Shitaye is my second home and I will come again.

The hotel was really nice, rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is so friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and it's honestly been one of the best hotels I've stayed in Addis Ababa. I highly recommend.
