Very friendly staff. Robel Menberu is very helpful. Free airport shuttle. A New year celebration 🎉 was organized by the staff and they did teach me how to dance 🕺🏽 Shitaye is my second home and I will come again.

The hotel was generally clean, very nice breakfasts, and friendly and professional staff! Hailemariyam at the gate was excellent! Hana was exceptionally extraordinary!! It was a great time at Hayes Hotel. We travel to Addis since more than 13 years and already know the general kindness and hospitality of the Ethiopian people and staff in other hotels.
