Vic is a beautiful old town and well worth exploring.
Vic is a beautiful old town and well worth exploring. Make sure you explore the old town in particular. The Plaza Major is wonderful. In our short stay we enjoyed popular central square surrounded with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops and a market on Saturday. We found the people very friendly and helpful. The hotel at the Vic train station (R3 line) was a great find. The room was minimalist but modern, comfortable and clean. Despite being on a busy road and above the trains, we were not disturbed by noise or light. The man at reception was very friendly.
