Everything. The apartment is super / extremely clean. All the facilities provided, including bed linens, are of good quality. Most worth of mentioning is Rocio. We cannot appreciate further all the supports from her and her hospitality. She recommended a couple of good restaurants nearby. She also provided assistance in transportation arrangement and ice cubes in the freezer for my sister’s injured feet. Tbh, Porrino is a small but not so interesting town. We stayed there because of our Camino journey. For any pilgrims, Aloha T is a top consideration for staying and relaxing.

The host was fantastic - we are a group of Camiño pilgrims so could not be specific about our arrival time. But he was very responsive to our messages, met us quickly when we arrived, showed us around the beautifully appointed apartment. Location was great, amenities were wonderful, we had a brilliant stay!

Friendly owner. Easy check-in. Inform them 15 minutes before you arrive and they are there. (wich is easy when you do the camino) Apartment is very clean. All smells fresh. Several toiletries provided. Water and coffee provided. Terras perfect to relax, with sunbeds. Location is perfect,right in the towncenter and on the camino route. It is like in the photos. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

Fantastic! A food hamper awaited us when we arrive after a long day’s Camino walk. There was also ample tea, coffee hot chocolate. There was even plaster in the bathroom for blisters. Our hostess showed us how to use the washing machine and drier-wonderful bonus. A supermarket is close by where we could get food to prepare in the well appointed kitchen. Very well lit throughout

Perfect apartment, all new, absolutely no mold, should be very good for a large family also. There’s almost everything you need in the kitchen, the only thing missing was oil to cook, but maybe I didn’t find it. Very nice hairdryer. The owners are very kind, the electricity turned off as I was cooking and having heating same time, the owner came in 5 minutes at late evening and fixed it. Happened because of the rain. Actually one only needed to turn all the circuit breaker off and again on in the apartment, to solve this problem.

This town was such a nice surprise.

This town was such a nice surprise. I decided to divide my camino stage and Porriño was great to visit. There are plenty of nice restaurants and cafés. It's a beautiful town architecturally, so I enjoyed walking around the town. It's also not a touristy town or a place overrun with other Caminho pilgrims (like me), so I was able to experience the town without a lot of outside influence. On a personal choice note, I actually enjoyed Porriño more than Valença and Tui. I spent a night in each of those locations on my Camino. The other two towns were much more focused on the tourist/pilgrim guests. While I enjoyed Valença because of its history and architecture, the town was more touristy than I would have liked. Porriño has all the charm of a small town, without the interference of outside . A final note about Porriño. The people that you interact with, restaurant, hotel staff or just people you meet on the street were always pleasant to interact with. They were always patient with my limited language skills and made me feel welcome in their town. Visit Porriño!

1) N.B. Rincón del Peregrino also has its own luggage transfer service along the Camino Portugués to Santiago. Flexible and reasonably priced, highly recommended! Ask the manager for more info, speaks reasonable English. 2) Location right in the centre of O Porriño, everything just a short walk away.

The property was in an excellent location in the Centre of Porrino and close to very good restaurants and cafes. Although it is an older hotel, it is very clean and well presented. The staff were very helpful and professional. They have a large on-site Bar that is located on a lovely town square.

Location was good, many restaurants nearby and only a few blocks from the Camino way. This was my first experience in a mixed dorm hostel. Very clean, uncrowded facilities and a delicious breakfast. The staff was more than kind and maintained the hotel so well. They had high standards
