Lots of space/ garden outside snd two patios. We loved traditional salon - family mementoes. Alfonso and his neighbour were really kind and friendly. Very close to historic Jerez de los Caballeros - wine and tapas while watching lesser kestrels dart from church towers. Magical Although under main road house was very quiet and we slept really well. We arrived on the day of the big electricity outage across Spain but the house had its own solar panels for providing electricity and gas fired water heating so it was no problem. The hotel and staff were very welcoming and pleasant. The room was a lovely size and a boost with the aircon/heating unit soon had it cosy. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The town of Jerez de los Caballeros is lovely and worth the walk around. We loved the location of the hotel and the possibility to walk passing blossoming meadows and cork oak forest. After the walk we enjoyed dinner in the hotel's restaurant.
