The accommodation is located in a low-rise residential complex with a very pleasant urban feel. It’s a quiet and well-maintained area, with clean surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere throughout the day. It’s also comfortably far from the hustle and bustle — a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a 10-minute drive from Los Cristianos, very close to Siam Park, and only about 20 minutes from Tenerife South Airport, the location offers great access to the island’s highlights without being caught in the crowds. The apartment is fully equipped and thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has all the essential appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee machine, along with plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils. A lovely touch: we were welcomed with cold beer, wine, and water waiting for us in the fridge — a small gesture that made a big impression. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe, perfect for longer stays. The living and dining area feels very cozy and inviting, ideal for relaxing after a day out. Outside, the terrace includes a table, chairs, and sun loungers, facing toward the ocean. The sea view is distant but very pleasant, especially during the quieter parts of the day — a perfect spot for breakfast. The underground parking space was also a big plus — secure, convenient, and especially appreciated in the summer heat. Finally, our host Martha was extremely helpful and kind, offering quick support with any issues we encountered. She also provided us with a list of recommended restaurants, which turned out to be a great guide for dining in the area. Overall, this place offered us a peaceful and comfortable stay, with everything we needed and more. We truly enjoyed the calm surroundings, the thoughtful details, and the care put into making this a welcoming space.

Very lovely apartement with beautiful garden and jacuzzi. Well equipped kitchen and nice, big beds. Cherry on top was the heated jacuzzi and the view to the mountains. In addition a bottle of wine and chocolates were waiting for us in the room. We felt like home. I recommend this place, when you want to escape to the peaceful and relaxing environment.

    It is a beautiful residential village. Very quiet.

    It is a beautiful residential village. Very quiet. Very hilly and only a few shops and restaurants. If you like a quiet life it’s one for you. The bus into los cristianos takes about 10 minutes and you can catch it just outside the village. We loved it. Only downside is the dogs. People don’t pick up the poo!!

    Great place to relax with family, nearby well-stocked local shop, good place to eat. The villa has everything necessary for life, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, in the kitchen all the necessary and well-functioning household appliances. Public transport nearby, it's good to rent a car to get around better. The owners of the villa help in every way with getting there from the airport, with information about local life, all you have to do is ask. Upon arrival, there were fresh flowers and fruits on the table.

    Chayofa is uphill from Las Americas and Los Christianos but...

    Chayofa is uphill from Las Americas and Los Christianos but not far, 10 minute taxi journey. Camel Park, Monkey Park and Jungle Park all within 10 minutes of the property and reasonably prices. There is a bus route but it was cheaper to get a taxi. We ate at 3 bar/restaurants within walking distance and they were all good value for money. This is not a commercialised area but a great location if you want to relax away from the busy areas.

    Very good for quiet stay. 3 restaurant /bars with La Finca outstanding for food, service and atmosphere. Mainly residential and best to hire car for convenient travel to resorts and sites of interest tho there is a good local bus service. Not for a full on night life holiday as it is 10mins by car from Los Cristianos.
