Exceptional staff especially the Lady in reception Mariam who was very supportive and communicative and very professional and make you feel like home not in hotel . Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. Hosts kindly took me to the shop to get provisions and constantly asked if there was anything that I needed. Lovely apartment with all you would need, lovely shower with plenty of hot water. Air conditioning if you needed it. Pool was lovely to cool off in and loungers round it to relax. Highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised with the size and cleanliness of the place. It's not ideal to travel to Madrid City centre, but its location is excellent in terms of restaurants and shops nearby. A straight bus to Tresaguas shopping mall. I would certainly come back here again. If you are travelling by car, this place is perfect. I previously stayed at Hotel Villa Odon, nice hotel, but in the middle of nowhere. Hostal Las Encinas is in a picturesque village with many facilities

The staff were helpful and friendly. There was a large parking area, and the rooms had excellent air conditioning. The beds were comfortable. The hotel has good access to the highway, and there's an all-you-can-eat restaurant next door—technically a sushi bar—which was a pleasant surprise at a great price.
