First, the location and the amazing views from the room. Quite spectacular day and night. The whole team is welcoming, working very hard but always smiling and super helpful. The food is delightful and the place is so relaxing.

The rooms were very clean, well laid out and comfortable. There was secure storage for our bicycles. Our host was very engaging and pleasant, and even though we struggled with the spanish-English translation, we had some interesting, informative and lively chats. The breakfast was simple, but delicious. In addition, we had lunch from the grill in the attached restaurant. This is not to be missed. The presentation was great and the food was delicious.

Thought the location was excellent, the natural settings were beautiful. The access to the water and the views were fantastic! The houses were simple, but clean. Everything about it was picturesque. It felt like a privilege to be allowed to be there.

Really good value and breakfast the next morning was great as well, just a few euros for coffee, fresh juice and toast. Instructions received prior to arrival on where to find the key as not staffed in the evening, which was fine. I had booked a twin room, but on arrival, I found it was a double bed room. Within 30 mins of messaging, someone had arrived and showed us into a twin room, which was great. Basic room but that's all we needed after a long day on the motorbikes.

I liked the location, views, and food. The staff is great. The location is new and I would recommend calling on the week, it's likely you will be the only guest. Paid 100 EUR for a night stay. Loved the wine in the end!

    We booked this hotel as we were travelling up through Spain. In a small town on the route we were taking. Very well located in the town, although it is a small place. Nice air-conditioned rooms. Good bar, but we arrived on Sunday afternoon and everything was closed. Had Tapas just down the street and had breakfast nearby. It was very hot when we stayed, and there is an excellent Olympic sized outdoor pool in the town (short walk or short drive). Large public car park opposite the hotel

    The hotel is perfectly located right in the centre of the town and close to the church, bars and shops, which makes things really comfortable. The thing that really stands out, however, is the beautiful design in the hotel and the impeccable attention to detail. This, combined with the genuinely friendly service from all the staff and fabulous lunch and dinner menu, made this a very memorable stay indeed, and I can not recommend it more highly. 10/10

    The flat was easy to find with street parking seconds around the corner. Although we did not speak Spanish our host was able to let us know about the heating. He answered a query sent later in the day via Booking.com. The flat was warm, clean and well equipped. El Barraco is a lovely small town with bars, restaurants, shops and market.

    Well built little hotel with quirky decor. Super clean, lift/elevator to the rooms and good bathrooms. In the centre of a nice village. Excellent Spanish breakfast with great coffee.
