It is a homely hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice of food and drink. The crowning glory of this hotel is the restaurant; it has a choice of eating areas; indoors, outside under a marquee or in the garden. The chef was extremely helpful and the food was superb.
