Mrs. Rodríguez and her team, went above and beyond to exceed our expectations of the hotel. A warm welcome at the reception, handwritten note in our spacious room with breathtaking (sea) view. Excellent breakfast (so much variety!) and cannot forget to mention the lovely heated pool..! The location is perfect. We are definitely going back.

I was really impressed with Hotel Noy and the place is really well positioned in Almunecar. Very clean hotel, great staff and the room was excellent. Large room with all the trimmings and I didn't have a single issue the whole time. slept wonderfully as the bed was top shelf quality. I didn't have the breakfast at the hotel but I heard that it was quite good. But the place is really well positioned amongst so many cafes and bars that you will not go without. There are some great cafes on the beach which is 2 min walk from the hotel. Definitely stay there again and price was VG compared. I travel to Almunecar often and this is the best one I have stayed in by far.

Both dinner and breakfast were very rich, varied and excellent. The hotel lobby is huge and very nice. We found free parking in the street jus next to the hotel. I have only nice words to say about the hotel. We stayed there in November 2024 with our 8-year old son, who also enjoyed the gaming room.

    Almuñécar is a beautiful little town, still unspoiled by too fancy tourist facilities. It has that beautiful Mediterranean feeling, a peaceful life sense, and a slow pace that can only be enjoyed. It is an enjoyable place for a vacation, and certainly a great place for families with kids. It has everything you need from the modern perspective (supermarkets, post office, pharmacy, some large brand stores, McDonald's restaurant, bus station, healthcare facilities), but still carries that old-time sense of peaceful living.

    Everyone I met was so friendly and accommodating.

    Everyone I met was so friendly and accommodating. Not too touristy. The water was so clear and refreshing. Everywhere we ate at was such good value for money and the food was delicious. Loved it. Will definitely be back.

    It is a very friendly town, we like to get down the small streets and passageways and enjoy a beer in the plazas, you get a tapa included in the price of a drink. There is 2 beaches both are good. Good variety of Restaurants and Bars something to suit everyone. Highly recommended for a few days away.

    Almunecar is a sprawling resort town divided into several shingle beaches. The hotels tend to be large and well managed. There are many bar and restaurants and a few souvenir shops, but not a lot else. If you have a car or are cycling the mountains and their villages are easily accessible. If you do not have transport there is not much to do apart from walking and going to the beach. Remember that in this province all alcoholic drinks are served with free tapas. This means that tapas bars are not easily located. Drinks prices are slightly higher to accommodate this custom.

    We had never visited this area before and were pleasantly...

    We had never visited this area before and were pleasantly surpirsed. Its a large town with its own well defined character. It doesnt appear to be too over touristy, We only had limited time but manged to visit the Botanical gardens and the Roman Viaduct. Its only a short trip little more than an hour from Malaga and is a good stopping off point for a night or two or more if you have the time. I will visit this area again and hopefully be able to visit the Castle which overlooks the town.

    Delightful little community located directly on the sea.

    Delightful little community located directly on the sea. The weather in February was sunny and great for taking long walks. We suggest going to the lovely visitor center for information but also to see their beautiful building and gardens. There is a bird sanctuary that has pathways high above the town where one can see a great view of the city far below and see amazing vegetation.

    Fabulous hotel. Modern furnishings both in the reception areas/dining areas as well as the bedrooms. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed really comfortable. Staff were exceptionally efficient and friendly and gave good recommendations for nearby places to visit and dine. Buffet breakfast had extensive choices and food was fresh and tasty. Would recommend this hotel.

    Friendly staff, great location, just short walk to the beach and amenities. Everything on your doorstep and quiet even though my room faced the road (I went in off season). I got a little upgrade on arrival which was nice. The entrance was very welcoming with a lovely scented smell as you walked into the hotel lobby. Amazing sunsets and sunrises in Almunecar!

    Decent well equipped apartment close to the town centre, I stayed here for 2 nights whilst touring Spain by motorcycle, the lady who runs it was pleasant and gave me secure parking for no extra cost, the apartment is spacious and comfortable, the town centre is around a 15min walk.
