Everything was more than expected, very nice and clean hotel, room in which we stayed (116) is big, comfortable bed, big bathroom, just top. Employees are professional, polite (reception crew very good, helpful, very good with speaking english. Housekeeping staff aswell very polite and ready to help. The small lady that was helping with breakfast is the most nicest person i have ever seen in hotels!!) Owerall, big BRAVO. I'm for sure coming back! Keep on doing great job!

The rooms are quite simply furnished so it isn't a luxury hotel. However, we had a minibar/fridge and air con. Bathroom was spacious with shower over the bath and water was hot. The bedroom, bathroom and other areas were all very clean. Beds were comfortable, bedding was cool cotton and towels were a good size and soft ( I hate crunchy towels!) All of the staff, from reception and bar to the cleaners and the man who cleaned the pool and took us to airport were all extremely friendly and helpful. We paid less than £300 for a twin room for 3 nights over Easter and I think that is amazing value. Having the pool and roof terrace to relax on was great too. The weather was fabulous so it was lovely to be able to have a swim..it was under cover so we could go in the morning and it was warm inside. Jacuzzi wasn't boiling hot but it would probably be too hot in the heat if it was much hotter! My husband and son had breakfast and a couple of meals and said the food was nice. My daughter and I just got some croissants from the Aldi a few minutes walk away and had coffees from the bar. Ate at a fantastic pizza place about 5 minutes away where food was excellent and staff friendly. 2 huge pizzas and 2 soft drinks for 30 euros. We went in to Madrid 2 of the days and an Uber was around 22 euros each way. Didn't take long to get there and the uber arrived within minutes. Had free transport to airport too. Had to get an uber to hotel as it was a Bank Holiday but that was only 13 euros. If you go into Madrid, I would recommend the eco tuk tuk tour. Only had time for the 1 hr express one but it was fab. Also the Flamenco show near Gran Via was good fun! I would definitely go back to Madrid and to this hotel.

    This hotel has king size beds and large rooms, usually larger than the ones I stayed in the U.S. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom very large. The breakfast buffet is amazing. It has everything you can imagine from cereal and toast to eggs, bacon, and cold cuts and cheeses. It has an airport van that takes about 10 min to get there because it goes against the traffic rush. The staff is very professional and friendly. I always get great service. The only problem is that the AC/heating is centralized, so if the heat if furnace is turn on and the room is hot, one can only open the windows which is to a busy street.

    The hotel was very nice, and the rooms were very comfortable, well equipt rooms and the hotel offered nice amenities. Probably better suited for business travelers as its location is a bit far from any tourist attractions and the choice of close restaurants is VERY limited. However, there is a very good neighborhood italian restaurant just around the corner.

    It's a nice place for the price however, the only major problem is it's too far from the city centre. Since many tourist places in Madrid are in and around the city centre, this hotel is quite far (approx 1 hour) and you need to plan your trip accordingly.

    The hotel was excellent.

    The hotel was excellent. We were travelling to Estepona, Spain and needed to stop over. Rather than try to stay in Madrid we chose Alcobendas and this turned out to be an excellent choice. We would certainly use this location again. We were only able to stay one night but would have liked to stay longer to explore.

    This is a hotel in the outskirts of Madrid, not far from Barajas. I chose it because I needed to stay outside the M30 with my car and had another hotel nearby the next day. Further, I absolutely needed a close parking slot to unload my heavy luggage. The hotel fulfilled all these criteria, was quiet, clean, bed was comfortable, had a good shower, TV and mini fridge. The breakfast was included and was a good buffet. Big thanks to the super nice and helpful personnel for all tips in my first day in Madrid.

    Excellent hotel for the night before a flight. Excellent staff. I asked to change a room and they changed it right away. The rooms are spacious and the mattresses are comfortable. There are good restaurants and shopping nearby. Parking in the hotel parking lot is free.

    Excellent value for money for a layover in Madrid. Close to the airport. The taxi ride was about EUR 20 from terminal 4. Spacious rooms for a family of four and seemed to be renovated relatively newly.
