⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pickalbatros Golf Luxury Suites in Sharm El Sheikh, and I must say it was an outstanding experience that exceeded all my expectations. I want to give special recognition to Mr. Moutz Abdelgani, who truly was our “memory designer” throughout our stay. He expertly managed our booking from start to finish and provided the exceptional level of service we’ve come to expect from this establishment. What made this visit particularly special was that Mr. Abdelgani went above and beyond our expectations, delivering service that surpassed even our previous wonderful experiences. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for ensuring our comfort made our stay truly memorable. It’s rare to find someone who not only meets but exceeds the high standards we’ve experienced before. The combination of the beautiful resort facilities and Mr. Abdelgani’s outstanding service made this trip unforgettable. Excellent food, offer of all-inclusive was very wide and tasty (food and also drinks). Super clean pools and aquapark equipment for small children and older separately. Each pool and slide was in operation, despite the fact that it was not the main season. We had no enought time to try everything :D. Very big rooms (we had 2 x swim-up rooms) with private pool for several rooms together and all necesary equipment. We really didn't miss anything in the room for us and also for children. I must to thank especially for kettle, because of early morning coffe. (Instant coffe, tea and 2 bottles of water were everyday in our room). Rooms were very clean and were cleaned every day. In price was very good internet that works in room and also in outdoor (1GB for room daily) what was enough for common usage. Outdoor - beautiful and clean garden with playground for children. We also realy liked a short walk to the beach through partners resort on the opposite side of road. Walk was cca. 1km. We feel secure from airport to hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. We used to thank for their services with the small tips. We were there in the beginning of 03/2023 with 3 children (3, 4 and 9y) and we enjoy our stay a lot. It was good for us that there was not so hot and also not so many people in resort. In this period water in pools or sea can be a little colder but we swim everyday without problem. We are a little sad that we could not use the services of the animators at pools during the day and participate in the evening program because of the small children. We believe that next year we will enjoy it even more. In any case we plan to take holiday here in the same period next year. So see you :)

The place was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and exuding a luxurious ambiance.

We really liked the friendly staff, they always helped with all questions and the food was very tasty and high quality.

Every thing was amazing royal club staff and hotel staff very helpful

The staff were the best asset. I was welcomed like royalty at reception and Mr Mina, the manager, was really kind and helpful. The waiters at Royal restaurant were amazing! Always smiley and attentive to every detail. I would like to thank the bartenders Kareem and Ibre. The massage service was really good. I really enjoyed the massage station on the beach ( Sultana, Yasmina and Dalia took good care of me). The food was fresh, good quality and plentiful. The gardens were beautiful, so many flowers and birds. Mohammed from housekeeping ensured my room was always clean and tidy, he always asked me if everything was ok . Thank you!

Everything was excellent , facilities , cleanness, very friendly and professional staff. Absolute 5 star treatment, everyone in hotel can not do enough for you. A special highlight was my birthday dinner , which made my day feel even more special.
