Staff were polite and friendly with English speakers at the reception. They were very organised and pay attention to detail.The hotel was very tidy and clean. The hotel is not overcrowded. There was a great food variety with very large food portions being enough to feed three people. The gym facility is great with up to to date machinery. I would rate this hotel 5/5 for all the services.

Panacea suites hotel has everything you need for a great stay. Firstly I would like to thank Mr.Shady Elwy,the front desk manager. He has been very prompt, kind and generous. He made our stay pleasant. Always on his toes to assist us. We were offered a nice room with a balcony and pool view. The chef prepared customised delicacies for us. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Kudos to hotel staff

The beach view from the terrace is breathtaking. The weather and the sun were more than perfect! The villa is renovated, fully furnished with brand new fridges, TV, dishwasher and air-conditioners. The bedrooms, the bathrooms and the kitchen are very tidy and trendy. The villa has a very nice garden with cozy sofa and pergola so you enjoy the amazing view all day. the resort is not crowded, I enjoyed the privacy and quietness of the place.

Everything is great about this villa. The property is spacious and newly renovated. Air conditioners are available in the bedrooms and the reception. The kitchen is fully equipped and all home appliances as the TV and washing machine are available. There are two dining tables in the villa! The villa has amazing garden and rooftop where the family and the kids enjoyed the sun and the fresh air. The beach is very clean and private with amazing white sand. The resort is awesome and quiet with lots of green areas. It has security gates, two swimming pools (one for the little kids) and a supermarket and cafeteria.

    It’s place for kids to spend time on swimming, swimming pool safe and good but it’s not good place for tourist , entertainment is poor and nothing around the hotel , food is not good , we can not swim in the sea because waves was very strong

    It is not a city you can visit as a tourist.

    It is not a city you can visit as a tourist. You need to book in a resort which you may leave once during your stay to have a dinner in one of the bedouin restaurants in the area. If you’re not going for business make sure to pick a resort with all facilities you might need.

    If the tourist doesn't care about room comfortability and can pay more, then the Hotel is good with respect to other facilities - beach, swimming pool, restaurants. After my search, I found similar facilities with much lower prices.

    I really want to appreciate the following hotel team:

    I really want to appreciate the following hotel team: 1- Front desk team (mainly Ms. Hala) 2- Room Service & Restaurant team (Mohamed & Ahmed). 3- House keeping team (Talat). 4- the Great smiley security person in the outside gate (the black upper Egypt person) with kind face. 5- Last not least your nice view facing the sea with the swimming pools.

    First of all, the hotel picks up the airport for free, and you can also rent or have a guide who drives a car to travel to the city center with you !!which is very convenient and comfortable, and the interior of the hotel is very luxurious, with a swimming pool, breakfast, gym, and equipment, and the service staff are also very friendly and happy! Even more friendly than I think and they will make you feel that you are the king !!

    The hotel was nice, many swimming pools, that you don't feel crowded. Restaurant is offering many varities in both breakfast and dinner and dinner menu is rich for many tastes. hotel animation team made good vibes with many activities during the day on the pool and night party which made the kids enjoying the stay.

    Careful, except the swimming pool, everything else mentioned on booking site as amenities of the hotel or the room are NON existent.!!! Not even a reception ,just an empty desk In the middle of nowhere !!!
