Good location in an interesting small town full of art, close to many places (e.g. Billund, Jelling, Ribe, Aarhus etc.). Our room looked over the parking lot, but it was very peaceful. We enjoyed the little terrace in the evenings. The room was clean and comfortable, the wifi worked well, breakfast was delicious (try the bacon!), parking was very convenient in front of the building. Altogether it was a good choice for 5 nights.

The location of Hyrdeskolen is absolutely beautiful, with woods and vast green fields around. It's peacefully and quiet. One of the room's windows is facing South where beautiful sunsets can be seen but it's better to go outside. There is a space to sit outside with your morning coffee or at any time of the day. The room is simple but it's clean with two comfortable armchairs, there is a fridge, kettle and a Tchibo coffee machine, which I much appreciated. It's a lovely touch to facilitate a good coffee machine with a nice coffee in the room, so you can have a morning brew before you go on with your day. The owners are kind, thoughtful and friendly people. We could also see dogs in training, which was very interesting. When we are back in Denmark, we will be looking to stay in Hyrdeskolen again. P.S. The only thing that I was missing was some kind of clothes storage, for example, a simple rail with few hangers in the room/ wall hooks to hang some clothing from the briefcase. Thank you again, Maria & Blazej.

Nice place to stay several days to enjoy country side. Very close to LEGOLAND. Place has everything for the children, playground, animals and the most traditional game at the town - LEGO, ready to play 😊. Last but not the least, the host Karina is superb, always available to support. Great stay
