Amazing Hotel, this hotel was recommended by a new friend from Salzburg and to our delight she was spot on with how central the hotel was but more importantly how amazing the staff are. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, even when we forgot to checkout and they simply provided us with the same rooms for another night with absolute no fuss. (Thank you Robert). Wurzburg was an amazing city to explore and Hotel One the best place to stay.

The staff at Moxy are very friendly and helpful. My friend and I were the first time in Würzburg and not fluent with German. The staff not only recommended the local restaurant for us but also made reservations for us. We enjoyed our stay at Moxy a lot and definitely will come back again.

Very helpful staff, great breakfast, nice setting, very convenient for everything - it was 10 min walk from the station and only 5-10 min to the centre so central, but not so central it was overly busy. And just over the road from the congress centre

The hotel exceeded all expectations! The room was more spacious than many others in the same category. It had everything we needed — and even more! For example, there was an ironing board and iron, plus lots of little extras to make the stay more comfortable. The only thing missing were slippers, but we asked at reception and they provided them with no problem. The room also included a kettle, a small coffee machine, and all the supplies for tea and coffee. There was also a reusable bottle, and on our floor, we could refill it with cold water — even sparkling — from a dispenser. Breakfast was 10/10! Everything was delicious and there was a wide variety to choose from. The staff was very attentive and made sure everything was in order at all times. At check-out, we were able to leave our luggage without any issue, as our train was in the evening. They even gave us numbered tags for each item — I've never seen that before, great system! There’s also a gym at the hotel, though we didn’t get a chance to use it.

The hotel is very clean and nice, very short walk to the city center. Our room was big enough for a family with kids, with very comfy beds. The view from our hotel room was spectacular. We want to especially thank the girl that works at the reception, she was super nice and super friendly, she helped us tremendously with our issue with Europecar.
