The hotel, the staff, the food .... everything was so perfect my kids didn't want to leave. this is not any of the mindless customer service you will recieve like in most hotels. they do care, the chef wants to know you enjoyed his food, the reception wants to assist you. the buffet is wonderful. there is lots of variety and options, the paid evening buffet was exceptional too. the TV had netflix so my kids had something to do. is a 10/10 for me.

The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, very clean throughout and had everything we could have asked for. The host was very easygoing and flexible, which worked well for us. The check in/check out process was exceptionally easy with no fuss and no overcomplications of simple things. Plenty of parking was available on site as well as on the street. There were some leaflets in the main corridor of the property with suggestions on where to eat, so we decided to go and were absolutely amazed by the standard of food, so that was a very welcome suggestion. The area where the property is located is a nice and quiet residential street, so our stay was relaxing and peaceful. The terrace of the ground floor where we stayed was very spacious and provided plenty of outdoor seating, and we could enjoy a nice glass of bubbly with some evening sun, as well as direct access to the garden below (if needed).

    Ringsheim is a lovely village and near to transport such as the train station. Sadly the covid lockdown as caused quite a lot of the restaurants and bars to close, There is an Italian pizzaria and a bakers shop that are well worth a visit.

    My trip would be much better if I didn’t book in one of the most worst hotel in the world (Holiday Inn Express - Ringsheim, an IHG Hotel) because of a negative attitude and unprofessional receptionist working in this hotel with no morals. Unfortunately my luck was bad that night , my plan was to stay 4 nights and visit so many wonderful places but I left Ringsheim early because of their bad behaviors .

    I came to Ringsheim to visit the Europa Park resort.

    I came to Ringsheim to visit the Europa Park resort. It was a fun experience and I would recommend coming to visit when its not peak season. The bus service to Ringsheim station needs to be improved with more busses running a later service.

    Just like last time, beds are really comfortable, the room is cute and really quiet hotel. The new thing was the breakfast was in a huge dinning room and the buffet was amazing and diverse.
