Wonderful hotel surrounded by beautiful surroundings. Very nice people both at the reception and in the restaurant. Very spacious rooms. We will definitely choose this accommodation again on our next visit to Papenburg. Everything absolutely perfect!

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making it feel like home throughout my extended stay. They were attentive to every need, ensuring I was comfortable. The hotel itself, recently renovated, has a fresh, clean vibe. The downstairs restaurant serves delicious pizza and other great dishes, with the same friendly service. Thanks!

Plenty parking, clean and roomy room and bathroom, great bed Paisley extra for breakfast in a very cozy dining room (access after 8.15) Cannot check in till 3 pm, instructions to check in where positioned on a table outside but not communicated to us and nobody was around till nearly 3pm (we were 1 hour early) our fault for being early and not checking the papers on the table near parking Very friendly staff, fortunately I still speak a little German which is better than their English Highly recommended!

    The location of the hotel was amazing. Free parking on premise was also a big plus. Our room had a great view of the Rathaus and the centre was just a minute walk away. Very spacious restaurant and good decor. The rooms had a theme going which was very nice. We were in Mexico. The room in general was fine and equipped with all we needed and very spacious. Breakfast and dinner was good but nothing special. Besides the cleaners everyone was friendly and helpful.
