    Comfortable stay, but please provide decent full bed covers on your double beds even if only single occupancy, rather than a pathetic single bed cover! I think you should improve your breakfast for the amount you charge, which at present is excessive.

    The walk along the river was stunning.

    The walk along the river was stunning. I couldn't sleep the first night (nothing to do with the hotel) and at 4.30 am in early July is was beautiful. The houses look freshly built in the area, and I really liked it.

    Property is challenging to deal with. Staff do not answer phone. I was charged twice for my reservation and it took some time before this was refunded. Additionally if you need to adjust your dates following booking, the hotel will not allow this. All in all, not helpful.

    Good that the breakfast items were marked showing what is offered. This is extremely important for some people. Especially vegan, vegetarians and kosher type of food. Personnel is helpful and polite. Available parking contributes to choosing this hotel.

    Very friendly staff, great breakfast, good value for money for an overnight stay not too far from Cologne. Parking is free and available. Good restaurant attached to the hotel so you can also have a lunch and dinner there.
