of course, the incredibly varied breakfast - together in a family atmosphere! The landlady looked after the guests in a very friendly manner. It was always an interesting and fun start into the day. The location is perfect, close to the river with the Elbe cycle path in front of the house. Only a 15 min walk to the train station heading to Dresden, 25 min walk to the romantic places of Meissen.

Our host was helpful when we arrived slightly later than planned. The room was a good size, the beds comfortable and the bathroom nice and clean, like the room. Breakfast was very generous - lots of choice. The Pension is in a quiet position; the location was excellent for us wanting to visit the Porzellanmanufaktur showrooms, and within easy walking distance of the Altstadt and station.

Very good stay. Staff guidance at check-in was very clear and helpful and made us feel very welcome to start our stay. The location was excellent, with beautiful views of the castle across the river and easy walking access to the city centre. Breakfast was very satisfying with an excellent selection.

    Hotel was very good, and I thought I would give the best recommendation. Unfortunately we had to leave one day sooner because of family matters and we were told by reception staff that money for parking and city tax will be refunded to us. Unfortunately it did nit happen even-thought I did write to hotel at least three times… So would we come back? No. We lost our trust.

    Spacious apartment, central with easy reach either by train or car. The host also provided us with a bottle of water and 2 small wines as a welcome. The apartment is also very close to 2 supermarkets and 5 min walking to the centre.
