    Great location for overnight stay for early flight out of...

    Great location for overnight stay for early flight out of Frankfurt airport. Nice hotel, friendly staff and on site restaurant with good food was a plus. Beds were a bit soft but comfortable. Also very close to a gas station that made it easy to fuel up before car rental return. I would choose this hotel again when I return to Germany.

    The hotel was perfect.

    The hotel was perfect. Breakfast is offered at times that work for early morning travel. We like the ability to stay the night before at the hotel & not worry about potential traffic jams the morning of our flight. The scheduled shuttles to the airport are great: they run as scheduled & take you right to your terminal.

    Close to airport with great bus service.

    Close to airport with great bus service. Highly surprised about it's 2 star rating as it outperformed on friendliness and service some Ibis 3star plus we stayed in the past. Looking forward to our last night there before flying home

    Very great stay. Very helpful staff. Location very great right next to the bust stop and a few minutes ride to airport by bus (only 3 euros). The staff was super helpful and gave great recommendations. Maybe if checking late like I did, alert the staff earlier so they can support you well. They still supported me when I arrived, but a heads-up to them would have made things much easier. Overall very great stay.

    Very clean and organized and quiet. Close to airport. Great breakfast. Shuttle information was not clear -- for example where to pick up the shuttle from the airport and how often it comes. otherwise, very pleasant stay

    Excellent accommodation and great service, friendly staff. Room and onsuite (bathroom) beautiful design and very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and plenty. Would always come back and stay there again. Also liked the Wintergarten and property location adjacent to the river Main. Service personnel very kind and helpful. Good value for money and piece of mind setting. Location also close to airport, easy to travel with taxi or bus service 😀😀😀

    Close & convenient for overnight between long haul flights. Shuttle is very reliable, although a bit hard to find due to the signage at the airport - you have to go all the way down to Buses, and once outside, look for "Hotel buses" signs. The van has a "NH" sign on it, but to avoid confusion, the location of the hotel is in Kelsterbach. The room was clean and cozy, breakfast was very good.

    It was a good location near the airport and they have a free bus that takes you to the hotel and brings you back though it leaves you a couple of meters away from the main hotel entrance so if you have morw luggage be challanged getting to the main hotel entrance!
