We were very warm welcomed by the host family (Andrea and Thomas) and had a nice delicious gift in the kitchen with a lovely card. The apartment not just has everything needed but the feeling that all done very caring and thoughtful. All from coffee/tee and till the soft towels give you feeling of love. Exceptionally clean! Perfect garden where we had nice breakfasts, nice surroundings for walk.

The hotel is brand new (it opened a few weeks earlier) and was still very quiet. We were there over the weekend and there was almost no one else than us. There was an issue with the booking reservation and we had two separate bedrooms (we were 4, including 2 kids). However, the staff was very accommodating and fixed the issue by giving us two adjacent rooms + a section of the corridor that we could close and lock. It felt like having a huge suite and the kids loved it. Everything is super modern and clean, and the breakfast was nice. The hotel is located very near to the train station which is perfect to get to the airport. You can also easily walk to the city center.

The hotel is great, from the cleanliness, the staff, and even the large breakfast buffet. One staff member in particular made our stay amazing. Connie, who you will see running around the hotel, is an amazing host for breakfast. She truly takes pride in her work; from the table settings, to the presentation of the food, to her remembering what you like to drink for breakfast every morning. Her friendly face and hello every morning helps make Hotel Freihof a wonderful place to stay at.

The room and bathroom were very clean which is what I look for as I am a cleanliness freak, the bed is big and very comfortable, there is a TV, Netflix, a wardrobe, drawers, a chair and a makeup table, the hotel is very quiet, the breakfast is great, clean and delicious, the cook is very nice and the food is halal Turkish.
