    Freinsheim provides a quiet stay in a wine country town, but it also had an excellent outdoor theater production, which is what brought us to the area. We were surprised to find as much history there as we did, with an old city wall and lots of educational signs throughout our stroll.

    The rooms Are spacious and quiet. It’s in a very quiet old town and everything really looks like in the pictures. You should use this hotel as a base to explore the wine region. The village itself is very small. Since it’s a historic old town, there is no parking right at the hotel, but the hotel has private parking spots outside of the city gates. The ladies organising the breakfast are lovely.

    Very nice hotel, modern but at the same time full of charme. The room was big and well decorated. Since I had to leave before official breakfast time, they made an extra effort to allow me to have breakfast 30' earlier. Easy check-in even after reception hours.
