The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they greeted us immediately and helped us get situated. They were able to accommodate three rooms together which made it so much easier for us to enjoy the hotel as a family. We would go back in a heartbeat. It was well located with a vehicle, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were exceptional.

The hotel is located in an excellent spot - a few minutes walk away from the nearest Metro station; close to a big mall with restaurants and shops, and not too far away from the city's University. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with a kettle and a tea/ coffee set. What was exceptionally wonderful was the extra set of pillows available in the closet. The staff were friendly, professional, and with an excellent command of English. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of sweet and sour options (the coffee was amazing!). Overall, the Premier Inn is a wonderful spot to stay in if you visit the Ruhr region. Thank you to the staff for the accommodating stay!

Location is perfect for those who search for quiet area. The window in our apartment looked out onto the courtyard which is very nice, green and quiet. The area of the city Rüttenscheid where the hotel is located is very cozy, comfortable, quiet and clean neighborhood. The apartment was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. It's very fresh as well.
