The location is amazing in a sleepy half-timbered riverside village straight out of a fairytale. The staff were friendly and eager to help and ensure everything about the stay was perfect. The food was excellent and the buffet breakfast ticked all the boxes.

The hotel is situated at a very nice location next to the river and close to the center of the village Cochem. Parking is available at the back of the hotel. Inside it looks very modern, but still with a romantic atmosphere. It was all very clean and I liked the toilet is separate from the bathroom. The shower was exceptional: large and very good water pressure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can absolutely recommend this hotel.

Wonderful place! We will definitely come back more than once. A large, beautifully and practically furnished room. Great view from the balcony to the ruins of the Metternich Castle. 3 minutes walk to the banks of the Moselle. Absolutely exceptional breakfast. 2 saunas, a sun room and a huge roof terrace. Helpful and hospitable staff - they know the answers to all your questions :). Convenient parking.

    Good location close to Cochem, with a bus stop right in front. Ernst is a little village with everything you need closeby. Especially some good wineries within walking distance. The apartment was fully self service with a well equipped kitchen, but fresh bread was delivered each morning as a service!
