The dinner was really good. I don't speak German just English, Dutch and a bit French but the staff made the effort and it was ok. I enjoyed having a couple of beers on the terrace before the evening meal.

Hotel was overbooked. Few hours before arrived asked US to cancel it. They could not do it themselves. No one was speaking English and even on the phone was only German speaking person. Zero communication, zero explanation. Zero apology. I had to solve it via booking. Not recommended
