    I was here to do some family tree research, found the place...

    I was here to do some family tree research, found the place delightful. Pity there were no street bikes to hire, as the 3 bike shops in town didn’t quite understand English. It is a very walkable town and the tourists haven’t discovered it yet, which is a real bonus.

    They allowed a friend who was already staying there to pick my key up early in the morning on my arrival day because I could not get to the hotel early enough to check in myself. The room was sold as having an external private bathroom. It worked well with a nice bathroom provided very near the room.

    Accommodation was in a redecorated villa from the beginning of last century located within walking distance from the city cenre. The host was extremly helpful and even offerred early arrival free of charge. We really enjoyed our stay in Šumperk.

    It was clean, warm and cosy. We had wine glassess in our room, fridge and tv. The bed was very comfy!!! Car park is right opposite the hotel which was very convenient.
