This is not really a tourist town.
This is not really a tourist town. Only staying there because of Czech family nearby. However, it has great railway hub, eg Prague in 40 mins and I can recommend the Spa town of Podebrady. Travel is exceptionally cheap - 75% discount for Seniors and kids so really easy to get around even if you pay full rate and you don't need to be a Czech national nor have a discount card. My room was pretty much perfect with good wi-fi and a TV I was able to plug my laptop in to make it into second screen.
