As a business traveler, I had the pleasure of staying at Shato Hotel during my recent trip to Prague. The selection of food, while not extensive, was decent and satisfying. What truly impressed me was the excellent coffee selection, which is often a rarity in Prague. We were travelling with the family of three little kids at the age of 6, 4 and 2 and I cant imagine better place for a stay in Prague with kids. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is good and offers everything you need, including very good tea selection. Our room was spacious and faced the forest, so it is perfectly quiet place for kids to rest. There is a playground in the area and a forest nearby, the hotel can be accessed either by car or by public transport. But the most important for us was great host, Eva. She took great care of us and made us feel home. It is the second time we stayed as a family in the hotel and I can say that once we are in Prague again we know where to go and what to expect. We recommend Dolce Villa to travellers that either travel with families or need a quiet place to concentrate on something and recover. There is also spa area which we did not use yet and tennis court on the other side of the road.
