Outstanding in every aspect! The room is well appointed, clean, location is perfect, nice to have facilities like gym, sauna, indoor pool, bar, game room, etc. They have a wide array of delicious offerings during breakfast and dinner buffets. Best to highlight, though, are the amazing staff of the resort - in the restaurant (special mention to Michalis), bar (Nilita), spa and cleaning lady. Everyone provided the highest level of friendly, customer service that made our stay wonderful.

An excellent hotel in every way. Great location, next to a sandy beach and crystal-clear sea. The beach is public, but the hotel has its own lawn with sun loungers reserved for hotel guests. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Good breakfasts, freshly squeezed orange juice. Cleaning, a complimentary bottle of water, and fresh beach towels every day. We were very pleased with our stay.

Nelia Beach Hotel & Spa exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, right next to the beach and close to the Ayia Napa center. The rooms were modern, clean, and had beautiful sea views. The spa services were a great bonus for relaxation. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. The food was tasty and varied. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, would definitely return!

Ayia Napa is extremely clean, with well-maintained beaches and everything conveniently within reach, we visited Pantachou beach & Nissi beach. It was very peaceful, and the weather and sea were excellent in October, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The beaches are amazing and there's easy transportation to go from the center to any of them. The peoplen are a delight and always ready to help. And the food.. the food is out of this world. Very greek traditional cuisine, a lot of flavor and a lot of freshness.

A place to go with small kids and family, if you want good weather in October-November, and you can even swim! The food is though very bad, everywhere. Even is restaurants! Peolpe are a mixture of balcan and Asian people coming to work there and stayed. The beaches are crowded and loud. Cheap ninght-life and shops, as not high-standard :( Nissi Beach and FIG Tree bay are worth to visit if you want nice beaches. The Blue Lagoon ois worth also a visit by boat and by walking distance also as it gives you different perspectives. The few local peolpe that you can meet are really helpful and lovely.

Amazing beaches, restaurants and bars!

Amazing beaches, restaurants and bars! When in Ayia Napa, in contrary to other cities in Cyprus, a rented car is not needed! Rather stay there for a couple of days, enjoy the beaches and eat some great food!

Very friendly, but professional helpful staff. General cleanliness was v.good. Our room was absolutely wonderful for our requirements. The location of the hotel, was fantastic. Makronissos is in our opinion the best beach in Cyprus! Not so good perhaps - the variety of food availability, with the exception of breakfast. Also, personally we would have liked sparkling wine to be available on an all-inclusive basis. We will definately book again, it was tremendous value for money!

Strangely, unfriendlier than London, which a lot of Londoners will understand where I am coming from (big city syndrome). Tourists seemed generally miserable, disrespectful, and also strangely for some to hear, most were not English, despite the sometimes bad reputation we can have abroad. Aside from the fantastic weather and clear Mediterranean Sea, I wouldn’t recommend it. A shame as 30 years ago, it was beautiful, with locals and delicious food, now it’s overtaken and ruined by tourism. We cleaned part of the beach one day, as there was rather a lot of rubbish being left by people. Horrible to see, so if you do decide to travel to Ayia Napa, please take care of your surroundings and treat it like you’d like to be!

We only stayed here one night, however, was very satisfied with everything. The hotel is in the heart of Ayia Napa. 5 mins walking distance to bars/restaurants and the nightlife. Despite being close to the noisy centre of Ayia Napa, around the hotel was quiet and we had a good night s sleep. The room was spacious and had a modern finish. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed with our 2 year old toddler, it was safe and family friendly. In my opinion it was above average for similarly priced places in Ayia Napa.
