The staff !!!!! They were so lovely ( this hotel works well because of them . Efrain was working on our arrival to greet us , he was so welcoming, he took our bags to our room ( unfortunately we were on 1st floor no view, he contacted the reception straight away , the lovely receptionist gave us a perfect room ses and pool view 🥰. The restaurant staff fantastic, pool bar staff too young staff by pool who have us our towels 🥰. The security people , we felt very safe and secure. The room was always cleaned to perfection & always with a smile and greeting.

I booked very last minute as Santa Marta had flooded and I could only stay near the airport. The staff were so kind and patience. The room was good exactly what you need for a night. The breakfast included was great as well

The hotel is so near the airport that you can walk there if you want, the same is about the beach, it is 5min distance and you can swim there. The place is owned by a lovely family, they even offered to pick me up with their car in Santa Marta! Room is clean, everything is as described. There are 2 small shops in this area, if you are lost ask in the shops which door is the place. You need to knock the door to get in or call the owner:) this i is very lovely and safe place. Totally recommend it!
