The day I arrived at the hotel, she was very friendly and I asked the girl at the reception if there was a possibility of preparing breakfast for us since the hotel did not have a restaurant. She told me that if they had a cook available, that we should book in advance. The next day, another girl who was on duty told me that she would bring me breakfast herself and it was all a lie. They made me waste my time. Very, very unprofessional towards the customer.

It’s a very social, nice place to hang out. Everything is well thought and the staff is amazing, especially front desk. Everyone is just super nice and kind. There are a lot of activities you can do during the day. Salsa classes are really fun. Would totally recommend this place for a stay.

It was a very new hotel, exactly like on the pictures! The tvs are smart tvs, nice big shower. Everything is very clean. I was very happy about the Hotel and the staff is there to help you with whatever you need and super friendly. Overall i can recommend this Hotel very much!

Excellent service in the excellent property. Casa Esmeralda has a unique architecture, new , clean and the friendlies service I hav eever met. The owner of the Hotel Sebastian speaks perfectly English and it a great asset for most not speaking Spanish visitors. he and his mother provide extremely hospitality so you have the feeling that you are visiting a close family relatives.The staff of the hotel is very accurate and friendly, I strongly suggest if you are visiting cali and you have to be in the south part of the city to visit the hotel.

    The staff is nice and they put much effort into the room...

    The staff is nice and they put much effort into the room design but it is next to a busy noisy street. The street is the main problem as you cannot sleep well if this bothers you and you cannot use the terrace because of the noise. so all the green tehy like to highlight is not really enjoyable. It feels like being on a motorway. Some cups were dirty as well. The mirror in the bathroom could use more light.
