I don't know where to start, but I know how I ended up feeling: like if I was hosted by family member, just after three days. The owners are incredidibly kind and very welcoming - even though they don't speak English they're always ready to "speak" using translating app. They helped me with the natural park tickets, they told me where locals go eating, they've been full of attentions - way above the expectations. On top of it, the place is perfectly located to get to the park first and the room was full of charme and beautifullu decorated. Tujia culture at its best! Thank you!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It exceeded our expectations. They also helped booking tickets. The room has an amazing view. Definitely worth it to get the mountain view room. The hotel is next to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park which is very convenient. Only thing is that breakfast starts at 8. It’s a little late if you go to the park early morning

Very good location, easy to access all attraction. the staff were super helpful, the room was lovely and bright . Communication barrier irradiated immediately will WeChat connected at arrival for any questions dealt with quickly! One of the best part of the is breakfast , which is super good and good option. This place is a total gem! The location can't be beat – just a 2-minute walk to the park. The front desk staff is amazing; they spoke great English and helped us book tickets and plan our day. The breakfast was delicious with great coffee, and the gym was a nice bonus. So many restaurants and shops right downstairs. Highly recommend for an easy and fun trip!​
