Honestly, this might be our favourite hotel ever! We had an amazing time: all of the staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Frank, Kimber & Zoe. Room was super comfortable, free laundry service, great breakfast, amazingly good location, and we even got to play mahjong! I highly recommend this hotel & we are already looking forward to returning.

The happy mood of the staff was contagious. They were most friendly, courteous and helpful especially Sophie who spent a lot of time helping us with our bookings as well as the lovely ladies at the reception counter. There was a good selection of food items for breakfast and the staff even remembered our coffee preferences.

We are 2 guys and we were there for our honeymoon. They were super welcoming and prepared a little surprise for us in our room. It was nice to such a nice welcome, considering not everybody in China is LGBTQ+ friendly. We loved everything. Thank you so much!
