Xisu Garden is great. The staff are exceptionally helpful and kind. They help us book tour to JDSM and ensure the trip is smooth with the operator. They even help to hold my 9month old baby while we were having breakfast. And we were given free room upgrade as well, which we highly appreciated

We like overall the staff very kind and helpfull and especially Cathy who was a great help. We like the location of the hotel. Easy to get there. The room is big. The staff was so kind at our arrival !! Cathy gave us good advices and organised also our one day trip and we really appreciate, she speaks english and that is a very good point We will defintly speak positively of this hotel around. This is a charming historical place, tastefully decorated. A peace heaven very well located in the ancien Town apart from the crowd. Roxana, our hostess speaks very good english and has been extremely helpful. She helped us to enjoy Lijiang and organise our future steps in our trip. Thank you 🙏🏼

The room was spotless and thoughtfully furnished with many lovely details. The garden was beautifully decorated, featuring comfortable furniture that made it the perfect spot to unwind.
