There are many great things to say about the place, but first and foremost the lovely staff that welcomes you warmly and with great love. In addition, the place is decorated with high warmth and coziness that give a homely feeling. There is a free coffee corner and there is also a roof top overlooking the city where you can sip free wine. Great price and location. The most family friendly place we stayed at during our Chile trip - right down to the heated pool - WITH KID TOYS (pool floaties, noodles!). Best continental breakfast. Great WIFI. Able to have an hour long phone call sorting out flight issues. Staff are fluent in English and very helpful. Very helpful to have restaurant on site with accommodating hours.

This is a great little hotel just a short walk from the town centre with comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. We needed to send a bike bag here before our arrival so we could fly back and this was no problem at all. They even sent a photo of the box once it had arrived. Highly recommended.
