Breakfast was great, good fresh fruit, pastries , good coffee. Scrambled eggs were too soft/ runny, but apparently that is how South Americans prefer it since other hotels had the same. Reception always helpful and pleasant

Breakfast was amazing, but the waiter, Daniel made it exceptional with his friendliness and the fact that he greeted us all by name! The front door staff were also very helpful and friendly. I also was surprised by my gift of wine in my room received from our housekeeping staff, that made it extra special! Overall, I had a wonderful stay!

I visited Hiroshima to attend a conference meeting hosted at the JMS Aster Plaza located a few blocks away from the hotel. I stayed from Sunday to Saturday, and I found everything neat since my arrival. Everything was perfectly cleaned, the bed was nice, and the apartment was spacious for one or two persons. The apartment also offers a washing machine, and clothes dry after three or four hours. Everything is labelled in English and well explained. There are good restaurants and cafes nearby. I would love to come back again!
