    Concepcion is a large city, like a metropolis. But I could't find for 24/7 services as food and laundry. It's droven me sad. The places around the city ar extremelly beautyful and makes me feel very fine.

    The location close to the center is excellent. The facilities are perhaps basic, but all worked well (includes hot showers and WiFi). The shared kitchen was well equipped and kept clean. The place was quiet! Security is good (you get your own key). Staff ensures wellbeing of the guests comes first. I was pleasantly surprised by the singing and guitarplay of the hosts. Fantastic Chilean folk.

    The hotel is located in the center of the city and Universidad de Concepción. The central heating was working, so there was a nice temperature in the room. The room was pretty small, but all necessary furniture were there.

    I loved that it was close to where I was going to the event (Universidad de Concepción), and that it was near many places to eat. It was a safe place, I could walk alone and the area was really quiet.
