Good location close to Ruta 5. Good place to stay the night when traveling north or south. Hotel has a very convenient self check in and privé and safe parking behind the gate. Room is comfortable and clean, looks all new. And all this for a good price. Recommend it

My stay at Hotel Las Terrazas was wonderful. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room was perfectly clean and tidy, which was great for relaxing after a fun day in the thermal waters of Chillán. I even woke up late for breakfast on my final day and they were kind enough to offer me some cereal, yogurt, and desserts. I would definitely recommend this hotel for any person thinking about spending some days in beautiful and relaxing Chillán.

I knew breakfast was included in the price, but I thought it would be just the usual basic Chilean breakfast. Luckily I was wrong. It was a great breakfast buffet. It would be considered quite decent even in places like Germany. The location is excellent. Less than a minute walk from the main square in town, not far from the produce market and the shopping mall.

The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The receptionist and the waitress were particularly nice the hotel was excellent but without those two people of the staff it wouldn’t be as good as it was.
