The beautiful character, insanely comfortable beds, and easy proximity to a tram line to get into old town. the owner has thought of everything! there is a robe and slippers for you, there is soap and lotion, there is a tiny fridge and a microwave, along with a simple set of kitchen goods (cutting board, dish towel, dish soap, cutlery, cup, mug, corkscrew) and even a USB cord and a power adapter in case anything has been forgotten. they are so kind and the location is perfect! the room is small but that was what I had expected -- I had not expected it to be so thoughtfully designed and set up for me! the shower was also hot and powerful, bathroom clean, and they held my heavy bag for me while I explored the following day.

Take a Fresh Look at Zurich

As the financial capital of Switzerland and headquarters of several large companies including FIFA, there’s a good chance that if you’re in Zurich you’re here on business. But that doesn’t mean this city doesn’t have a playful side.

Known for its cleanliness and fresh air, it comes as no surprise that the luxurious ski resorts of the Alps are within an easy distance of both the city and Zurich Airport, which is only a 12 minute drive from the city center.

I was impressed by the public transportation system with a well run customer service at the main train station for all international travelers. Don't miss the most delicious pastries at Confiserie Bachmann, Bahnhofstrasse!
