Old World Charm. This is a vintage 1960’s country hotel. The entrance is narrow, there are steep stairs, but it is lovely. The rooms are modern and clean. The management loves Americans. Nice town with a grocery cafe within 2 blocks. It’s funky. The onsite restaurant and bar was busy and looked like they served good food. This is not a curry 4 or 5 star hotel, it was a country Inn just a few miles out of Bern and the price and value was great. Free parking. Loved our stay

Luxurious hotel with exceptional service that you won’t find elsewhere. From the moment we arrived at the hotel until the checkout time, the entire staff was extremely professional and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very classic, beautiful lobby, it is the best in Bern. We had a personal incident and we received a great support from the staff and the management. I am really speechless. The hotel is in the city center. I visited interesting places on foot. They also gave me a free voucher for local public transport. The hotel room was comfortable, calm and quiet, the sound of the rain woke me up... there is a beautiful view from the window... in short, it is an extraordinary place.

    Nice little town just outside of capital city Bern.

    Nice little town just outside of capital city Bern. A train takes you direct. Be careful not to get off at Worb SBB but Worb Dorf, otherwise you will end up like me and having to walk 30mn in complete darkness down a long country road.
