Perfectly located in Zug’s old town by the lake, this hotel is a gem. The rooms are immaculate, stylishly renovated, and come with a gorgeous Nespresso machine—small detail, big joy. The brasserie downstairs is excellent, and the staff throughout are warm, attentive, and clearly take pride in what they do. Lovely breakfast too. Great value for this level of comfort and charm.

A truly delightful experience in a magical location, the hotel has been painstakingly restored in exquisite detail and is an absolute triumph. The owner couldn’t be more helpful, nothing was too much trouble and his Italian heritage reflected in his very personable service.     I was there on business and I chose the hotel because of its...

    I was there on business and I chose the hotel because of its proximity to the railway station and the office I was working in. It's a commuter town for people who work in Luzern and Zürich not a holiday destination but, having said that, there are a few bars and restaurants near the station and I would be very happy to return.
