This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again I was very impressed. The place is spotless, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had dinner at the hotel and the food was really tasty and served really fast, which I appreciated after a long day of traveling. My check-out was super early at 2:30 am because I had to continue my journey, and since I couldn’t have breakfast, they kindly offered me a lunch box to take with me. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Hotel in close proximity to Lake Luzern and had great parking. However, hotel closes quite early and there is a system of collecting keys from a lock box, which is a bit off putting after a long journey. There is no reception and saw no-one until breakfast. Great breakfast and really nice lady serving wonderful coffee. Room was fine if a little dark and no aircon but was clean and comfortable.

    Location. Beds uncomfortable and BED BUGS. Bathroom flooded when you shower. Noisy hotel, barking fogs a night, when mine were SILENT. Breakfast was OK, nothing to rave about, basic things, nothing fancy. They demanded 150 Swiss Francs for three mini dogs? Rude staff, allows dogs in dining room who barks all the time.

    Indoor and outdoor playground!! Definitely a paradise for children. Location is close to highway, easily reached by car. Large parking space. Only 20 minutes bus ride to Lucerne and the hotel provide tourist card for guests so we can take the bus for free.

    The hotel is located on the highway. It was convenient for me to stop for a rest. Nearby is a gas station, a shop and a cafe. Everything you need. Clean, cozy, polite staff, delicious breakfast. And a beautiful view of the mountains.
