Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel facilities excellent. Bedroom very comfortable and spotless and quiet, with a wonderful lake view from the balcony. Fabulous breakfast with a wide array of homemade and local produce, enjoyed in the covered terrace restaurant. Very high quality à la carte dining in the evening. The street that separates the main hotel (Art Hotel) and the apartments, has a direct bus connection to Ascona and Locarno. It was very quiet and picturesque place to walk or simply to sit at the balcony and soak in the view.
