    This is a fantastic place. We were so impressed with room and facilities. It is very swanky but also very family friendly. We stayed in a standard room which was the most luxurious room of our whole trip, from the layout to the lighting as well as a fridge and a superb coffee machine. The view was also great. It was my husband’s birthday so there was also small bottle of fizzy and a birthday card. So lovely. I want to revisit this hotel again. Forgot to mention the amazing breakfast with everything and the lovely breakfast staff.

    A new and exceptionally clean hotel with comfortable rooms and a friendly, helpful staff. Our room was ready upon arrival—even with kids—and had a beautiful mountain view. Breakfast was varied with plenty of options to choose from. We appreciated the free parking and complimentary spa access included with our booking. The location is convenient, close to the train station and restaurants. An outstanding experience overall.

    I would especially like to note the hospitality and the high quality of service provided by the hotel's restaurant staff. Fascinating comments on dishes and serving them in a friendly manner significantly promoted the new cuisine of Switzerland for us.     New build hotel that is well designed. Breakfast and pool food was pretty good. Very clean and well connected with train station next door (plus free train pass provided by hotel makes exploring Ticino very easy). Overall good value choice.

    Amazing outdoor swimming pool, saunas and jacuzzi - as expected. Surprisingly good breakfast - exceptionally good. Not great location but for overnight stay on the road trip - more than fine. EV charger at the hotel door.
