I loved everything about this hotel! The modern and aesthetically pleasing design, clean rooms, hotel room amenities (robe, slippers, coffee machine, teas/coffee etc), hotel room views, excellent breakfast with a range of choice, wonderful spa, convenient location with the train station only a very short walk away and friendly and accommodating staff (a special shout out Alexandra and Fata who were on duty at breakfast time - they were so hospitable and kind to me).

Perfect, clean, modern hotel with exclusive personnel. You would be helped at every point you need, warm welcome, the hotel looks brand new although its 3 years old. All people working there are very dedicated to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You have an option of welcome drinks and coffee/tea, snacks, water/local beer, in a hotel and will get tips on all Locarno activities. We stayed for just one night so we didn't really have time to use all the facilities. The location is great, 2 mins from the "Belvedere" funicular stop to Madonna del Sasso, 10(or less) mons from the old town and the lake. The staff is super friendly and we got some really nice recommendations on what to visit :)
