    It is close to the ski lift, hiking routes, and some restaurants. Breakfast is good, with a good range of options from hot to cold dishes. The first night, the staff was very nice accommodating us for dinner even though the restaurant was full. Dinner prices are regular for Switzerland and the quality was good, but don't expect a big portion. The hotel is either new or renovated with nice wooden touches.

    The reception lady was very helpful and accomodating. Same for the lifeguards - really nice staff. All our extra requests were adressed quickly, and we felt welcomed. Water facilities are nice. Mountain views are awsome - you get it literelly everywhere in the hotel for free, but view facing rooms worh some extra money.

    extremely bad service by the owner, he cancelled the booking while we were almost at the property, hence forcing us to rent another very expensive place at the very last moment. Very incompetent.
